I have done my 1 push-up for the day. Dad makes a good point, not everyone will want to do a push-up. Pick one thing, exercise related, that you will add daily and if you comply you will get the extra point. (not really 5 points, just 1)

  1. Yay! The water challenge really helped out.

About the sugar challenge - is agave syrup legal? Also, did we agree to accept partial credit for 5 of 7 days? I might really need that. The no sugar thing really interferes with my morning pot of coffee.

    Good job everyone!

  2. Agave, honey & maple syrup are all legal as is natural sugar found in foods.

This is the day to vote on 5 out of 7 compliance. Please vote!

  3. My secret…. The NCAA championship the night before. Five Brats, nachos all night long and beer for days. Six of my 11 pounds were consumed 12 hours before the contest started. All is fair in weight loss contests...

  4. I think 5 out of 7 is okay, especially for some of the week challenges. e.g...your invited to dinner during no sugar week, it might be a bit rude to ask the host(ess) if they added any sugar to the food, and decline dessert! What if you get 5 points for 5 day compliance, or 7 points for all 7?
