Today's sugar free salad...adding olives for some good fat! BTW, just realized my creamer has some kind of corn syrup by product, so no cream and Almond milk just doesn't cut it! Looks like it's a green tea day
I also just looked back at our first contest, and I actually started this contest down 8lbs from 2 years ago, which means I have kept 1/2 my goal weight off for 2 years. Very motivating!

  4. Headed to DC today to be a panelist at a aeronautics conferences. Very worried. Those aeronautics folks are very epicurean. (Sorry we are helping Sean study for the SAT - need to express myself with newly acquired vocabulary).

    1. Foodies always love a challenge, put them to work for you. Pump them up by calling them epicurean's then challenge them to find delicious, sugar free food. Then reward yourself with a big hot fudge sundae!

That said, I weighed in this morning at 201#. As for exercise, I should get extra points as I skied for at least three hours each of 4 days last week. In fact, I was able to ski top-to-bottom with no rest stops. At least I think that's pretty good. As for exercise this week, I won't do pushups, but I will be out laying pipes, cutting down trees and hauling the brush away. Mom and I read the Bible each night, so we have that covered and Mom wants me to have her points for reading. I won't be doing the water thing, I have to think about that one. It's pretty cold out there. On the other hand, once summer comes I will out consume all of you.
